ACTA was withheld in Poland with Poland prime minister Donald Tusk admitting "I was wrong" as well as encouraging others to cancel or withhold ACTA.

"The power of the people will never fail. Tusk withholds ACTA in Poland and encourages others to do the same. http://pastebin.com/saatsvpZ called off"
http://pastebin.com/saatsvpZ was the second press release, released by (Twitter: @AnonymousWiki) stating that protests will continue to occur with new attacks on government websites to come.

"What a WONDERFUL Friday it is as Tusk withholds ACTA !! Further attacks against Poland have been called off :) Thanks Tusk for "i was wrong"

"Those last rounds of deface's really did the job didn't they? NO MORE #ACTA !"

Everyone is clearly happy and excited that ACTA, has been 'canceled'.
